Albanian Skills Association is a leading organization dedicated to promoting vocational excellence, professional skills, and lifelong learning in Albania. Established in 2014 as an initiative to create national skills competitions, it became the first and only organization of its kind in the Western Balkans. Through these competitions, Albanian Skills has proudly represented Albania in WorldSkills and EuroSkills events, connecting the country with the global skills movement. On its 10th anniversary, Albanian Skills celebrates a decade of strong commitment to empowering young talents, advancing education and training, fostering innovation, and building a skilled future for Albania. The association continues its dedication to achieving Albania’s full membership in WorldSkills, ensuring that Albanian youth have access to international standards, recognition, and opportunities for excellence.
